Thrift store established in 1965. This charity thrift shop is run by over 300 volunteers. It has returned over $12 million to the community in cash grants and in-kind gifts. They carry a full line of merchandise, including clothing and accessories, antiques and collectibles,
jewelry, shoes, books, toys, furniture, household goods and appliances, furniture, sporting goods and exercise equipment, electronics, CDs, DVDs. They have even sold mink coats, baby grand pianos, an airplane, an RV, a diamond bracelet, and a Rolls Royce (obviously, this is not your average thrift store)!
The store is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:15 a.m to 12:15 p.m. (please note that for safety reasons, children under the age of six are not allowed in the shop). Customers, volunteers and donations (free pick-up available) are always welcome.
