Main Street Medical is an urgent care/primary care facility on Hilton Head Island that is available to treat both adults and children that require prompt or urgent medical care. They have an in-house lab and a digital x-ray machine to better treat your medical needs.
They are open 7 days a week: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
They offer same day appointments with short wait times, and walk-ins are always welcome!
